Hi, I’m Andrea, founder of AR Design Spaces.
I’ve always loved the process of turning a house into a home. Over the years, I’ve gained hands-on experience with renovations, from flooring and tile to finish work and the countless decisions that bring a project together. Working alongside contractors and skilled tradespeople has given me a practical understanding of how design decisions affect the overall project, including timelines, materials, and budgets.
With 30 years in the service industry, I’ve learned that great communication starts with listening. Before making recommendations, I want to understand how you live, what matters most to you, and what you envision for your home.
Originally from Mississippi, I’ve called several states home over the past 20 years. Those experiences have shaped my appreciation for creating spaces that feel personal, comfortable, and connected to the people living in them.
Today, I bring that combination of creativity, practical renovation experience, and attentive communication to residential remodels and new construction throughout the Tri-Cities.
My goal is simple: to help you make confident design decisions, minimize unnecessary stress, and create a beautiful, cohesive home that works for the way you live.

An Onboard Consultation is the first step in starting your project as well as creating a thoughtfully designed space that reflects your style, needs, and vision.
The Onboard Consultation may include:
Discussing your vision and lifestyle needs
Reviewing inspiration, style preferences, and goals
Evaluating the existing space and layout
Exploring design possibilities and recommendations
Establishing project scope, budget, and timeline
Answering questions about the design process and next steps
The Consultation includes up to 60 minutes of dedicated design exploration, recommendations, and next steps.
